We hold indoor meetings in the “off-season” to provide our members with interesting speakers, programs and discussions about mushrooms and upcoming events.
Our indoor meetings take place in the Program Room of the Riverbend Public Library every 4th Wednesday of the month in April, May, September, October and November at 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
*** New as of 2011 *** Please note that we do not hold indoor meetings during June, July and August – instead we have outdoor evening mini-forays (7-9 pm) in various areas to take advantage of summer weather (see Programs or Forays tab).
The Library is located in the strip mall at Rabbit Hill Road and Terwillegar Drive.
Meeting outside of Edmonton:
We also try and repeat any of the Edmonton Lectures in the Calgary area coinciding with other events and forays. Whenever possible, as speakers become available we hold lectures in other parts of the Province as well. These are announced as they are scheduled and booked. If you would like to have a meeting in your area please contact us.
Non-members are welcome to attend meetings as well.
