Hydnum repandum is commonly called the hedgehog mushroom or sweet tooth. It is very easy to ID as it is a tooth fungus, so the gills look like little teeth. I found a handful of them last year in the Smoky Lake area. They were a touch sweet and nutty with a good texture like a chantrelle. Very delicious.
